Free reading vs Khatmah reading
Free reading continues without changing Khatmah progress. Khatmah reading is limited to today’s portion and stops at its final page.
Why is Khatmah locked?
After you press “I completed today’s portion”, that day is recorded and Khatmah reading stays locked until the next local day.
How does screen fitting work?
The reader uses the available width and height together. Full-screen mode keeps page navigation below the Mushaf, never over Quran content.
Backup and restore
Use Export my data before clearing browser data or moving devices. Import the JSON backup to restore reading position, bookmark, theme and Web Khatmah.
Prayer times
Press Use my location. Location permission is not requested automatically. The website selects a suitable calculation method and shows today’s times.
Install Al Mustafa
Use the Install Al Mustafa button. If the browser does not expose an install prompt, use its menu and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.
